Long time no see, kinda a bit busy this lately and since my last post now i'm gonna start pay my debts LOL
Talk about CC Cream, i'm sure some of you already heard, know or maybe used it. So, CC Cream itself have some definition like her sister BB Cream for example there is Color Correcting Cream, Color Control Cream, Color Changing Cream and etc.
CC Cream also can found in some cosmetics brand. From the mostly CC Cream i ever know, average of them is come with white light cream and have a pigmented capsules that can make color of cream changed while you blend it and adapting to your skin tone.
So, here i'm going to review one of the famous CC Cream. It's from Etude House and their own definition for CC Cream is Correct & Care Cream. There is two type of final result from their CC Cream, it's 01 Silky and 02 Glow. I got mine in Silky, Silky have a matte finish and Glow have a dewy finish. It's okay to have silky one because my skin type already oily and it will have a dewy look in couple hours LOL So, take a look! (^.^)/
It Claims have 8 in 1 Multi Function ! WOW ! Anti Aging, Stress Relief, Hydration, Whitening, Sun Protection, Tone Up, Smooth Texture and Luminosity.
It's a tube packaging with small pump. Princess pattern like always <3

Oh, btw this CC Cream is remind me to The Body Shop All-In-One BB Cream but the plus is Etude House CC Cream come with SPF 30 / PA ++

So, since i got the sample of Etude House BB Cream Cotton Fit i'll layered it on the CC Cream to make coverage comparison.

The picture below from left to right, you can see my bare skin have a medium-large pore, dark spot and redness acne scar, in the middle picture i applying the CC Cream the pore and redness scar is quite good covered although it's too sheer then i layered it with BB Cream for more coverage (it's optional, you can also just use concealer on top of CC Cream and skip the thick BB Cream).
Since the both CC Cream and BB Cream sample have a matte finish, i recommended you to use moisturizer or face mist before (in case you want apply CC Cream as primer and layered with BB Cream) so the result won't look cakey.
Overall, this CC Cream have a good packaging, nice smell, smooth and light texture, have a SPF, matte finish, sheer coverage, so-so staying power (around 3 or 4 hours). Good for use as primer or makeup base and also for no makeup look.

ReplyDeleteyup indeed, they doing great job for coverage if you used bb cream on top but you can't get the great coverage if you use the cc cream alone, i haven't try to blend them together (not layered)
DeleteJadi CC krim bisa buat primer yah? Buat berminyak cocok ga ya? Takutnya malah ntar mukaku makin 'kinclong' hahaha. kalo dilihat hasilnya lebih perfect dipadu sama BB krimnya ya berarti. Ah~ mukamu bare face aja ud putih licin, mukaku masih banyak bekas jerawat T.T

Deletehuahaha~ CC cream face shop ya? ditunggu reviewnya :p. Kemaren ada baca review face shop BB cream yg oil-free. Penulisnya bilang oil controlnya c bagus tahan sampe 6-8 jam muka dia ga berminyak. Kcuali aktivitas outdoor.
